HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?


Visit our Packages page on our website, review our packages and contact us with the package you'd like and your availability Tuesday through Saturday.




IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?


Unfortunately, we can not refund your deposit. Not only do your deposits go toward your session fee, they are also put toward studio fees and enables us to keep our package fees affordable for most budgets. However, if you need to reschedule we can work with you on that.




WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY CONSULT OR PHOTOSHOOT?


You may reschedule only once. For a second reschedule you will be charged a $50 fee due to our tight schedule. All reschedules must be completed within the current year or your session / money paid is forfeited. (If you reschedule a November or December session, you will have 3 months into the new year to reschedule)




CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY CONSULT & SHOOT?


Unless you're doing a friends or an adult Mother / Daughter session, we DO NOT allow guests to attend your consult or shoot with you. We have a lot of work to get done and in our 10 years experience, guests only offer distractions to our clients and a lot of times, inhibit them more than they offer moral support. (as many clients have often told us)




WHAT IF I DON'T SHOW UP FOR MY CONSULT OR SESSION WITHOUT COMMUNICATION?


We send a confirmation email the day prior to your consult and session. If these go unresponded to and you fail to show for either appointment, you lose all money paid to date. If you'd like to rebook, you'll need to place a new deposit / pay a new package fee. All we ask is for a quick note letting us know you won't be able to make it, you don't need to tell us the reason if you choose. Even a "Hey, emergency, can't make it. I'll be in touch" is better than no communication at all.




DO I NEED TO ALLOW YOU TO SHARE MY PHOTOS ONLINE?


No. At your consult, you will sign a release granting or denying us permission to share your photos. The exception is if you won / received a free session from us, you must permit us to share online.




DO YOU OFFER PRINTS WITH YOUR PACKAGES?


We only offer digital images delivered to you via SmugMug as well as a high quality hardcover keepsake book or 12 month calendar should you choose to add them to your package. If you'd like prints, you have the option to order directly from your SmugMug downloadable gallery that we send your digital images in. You'll find our print prices are very reasonable.




HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AFTER MY SESSION?


You'll have your downloadable digital gallery within 7 days of your session. ( The exception to this is if we have a travel session that falls within a few days after your session. However, you'll still have them within 14 days.)




I PAID FOR A KEEPSAKE BOOK / CALENDAR BUT I NEVER GOT YOU MY CHOICES, IS IT TOO LATE?


If you chose to add on a Keepsake Book or Calendar to your package, when we send you the link to your downloadable image gallery in SmugMug, we will send you the directions on how to give us your image choices for the product you ordered. It is your responsibility to get us your image choices in a timely manner. If we receive your choices after 90 days from the date you recieved your gallery, there will be a fee of half the product cost to cover additional time spent on our end finding your file in the mix of sessions completed since yours, etc. However, if you just need more time, communication is key prior to the 90 days and the fee can be waived.




DO I NEED TO PURCHASE MY PHOTOS SEPARATE FROM MY PACKAGE PRICE?


There is no extra fee to receive your digital images. Those are included with your package price. If you decide you want to order prints, which is never required, then, you pay for cost of ordering them directly from your download gallery.




I'M A REPEAT CLIENT / VIP, DOES MY DISCOUNT WORK FOR FRIENDS / COUPLES SESSIONS?


We can not offer VIP discounts for any session with more than one person. However, repeat client discounts will be honored. If you and your friend / partner are both repeat clients, you'll only receive one discount.




DO YOU REMOVE CELLULITE WHEN YOU EDIT?


We retouch your skin and we'll zap out any temporary blemishes such as pimples and bruises. Our rule of thumb is: if something is a permanent part of your body, we don't completely remove it but we'll minimize any imperfections.




DO YOU HAVE VEHICLES I CAN DO A SESSION WITH?


Unfortunately, we can not supply vehicles for you to shoot with. Any vehicle you see in photos were supplied by the client.




DO YOU OFFER MAKEUP & HAIR?


We’re able to offer packages at affordable pricing for most budgets with the greatest number of images by not offering the service. In addition, in the 9+ years we've been in business, we've heard many clients express that they don't care for all the makeup and glam and prefer to be more natural and wear little to no makeup at all. To wear makeup at your session is your choice... as much or as little as you like.




WHAT DAYS ARE YOU OPENED?


We're opened Tuesday through Saturday. Saturdays book FAST. If you want to book but need a Saturday, please place your deposit sooner than later to be sure you get the date you need / want.




CAN I USE MY FIREARM AS A PROP IN A SESSION?


Even if you are licensed to carry, the answer is no. It's not negotiable.




CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR ME WITHOUT A DEPOSIT?


Unfortunately, if you need a particular date, the only way to reserve that date is with your deposit. Each package is split into payments, your first payment is your deposit. When requesting an invoice to place a deposit, it needs to be paid within 24 hours. If left unpaid after that time, the invoice is canceled and the date is opened back up for others to book. The balance / final payment is due one week prior to your session date.




DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN WARDROBE?


You can if you prefer, but we do have wardrobe that range in size from petite to plus size that you may access at your consult.
